On the Advanced plan ($85/seat/month), 10 agents costs $850/month for seats alone. Add 200 Fin AI resolutions ($198) and you are at $1,048/month. Add Copilot ($29/seat) and the bill jumps another $290/month.
Fin charges $0.99 per resolved conversation. A "resolution" is counted once per conversation that Fin closes without human handoff. There is no monthly cap, so a busy month can spike your bill significantly.
Copilot is the AI assistant inside the agent inbox. It costs $29 per agent per month for unlimited use and is billed on top of your seat price.
Three plans. Essential ($29/seat annual, $39/seat monthly) covers basic inbox, Help Center, and ticketing. Advanced ($85/seat annual, $99/seat monthly) adds workflows, multi-channel, and custom roles, plus 20 free Lite seats. Expert ($132/seat annual, $139/seat monthly) adds SSO, HIPAA, SLAs, and advanced reporting, plus 50 Lite seats.
Annual billing on Essential drops the seat from $39 to $29 (~26% off). Advanced and Expert are quoted at the annual rate by default ($85 and $132 per seat), Intercom typically requires annual commitment on those tiers.
SupportWire has three plans: Free, Starter ($39/mo base, 4 seats), and Growth ($79/mo base, 5 seats). Extra seats are $15/mo (Starter) or $19/mo (Growth), about 80% cheaper than Intercom Advanced. AI resolutions are $0.49 each — half of Fin's $0.99. No Copilot upcharge, no Proactive Support add-on, no per-seat surprises on AI assist.
