Three pieces. A monthly base price. Per-seat charge for teammates beyond what your plan includes. And $0.49 per AI resolution. Free has no base and no included seats beyond one, but resolutions are still $0.49 each.
Annual billing is 21% off the base plus a lower per-seat rate. Starter extra seats drop from $15 to $12. Growth drops from $19 to $15.
Fin charges $0.99. We charge half. If Kal closes a ticket without a handoff, you pay $0.49. If it hands off to a human, you pay nothing for that conversation. Predictable per-conversation cost, no padding.
Starter includes 4 seats. Growth includes 5. Every seat beyond that bills at the per-seat rate on your card ($15 or $19 monthly, $12 or $15 annual). Remove a seat and you stop paying for it on the next cycle.
